Alcohol, drugs, gambling, social media, pornography. Without judgment or quick fixes.
Family crisis
Divorce, conflict, parenting, infidelity, loss of a loved one.
Immigration
Language barrier, documents, work, loneliness in a new country.
Loneliness
When there is no one around, no purpose, no strength to get up in the morning.
